TERRY HUDSON, CUSTODIAN 20 YEARS OF SERVICE Terry Hudson will be celebrating his 20 years of service at First Presbyterian Church in August. We will honor him on August 15 and recognize and honor all that he has done and will continue to do for us. There will be a reception following the service on August 15 when each of us can thank him for the many years of service. |

SOUP 4 SOULS |

The Methodist Church hosts Soup 4 Souls on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Our church is responsible for the 4th Tuesday of each month from 4:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. We need to provide at least two people to work and donate two plates of brownies. Volunteers are needed. Please contact Ardis Bramlage if you are willing to serve. |

OPERATION BACKPACK 2010 |

The Monticello First Presbyterian Church C.I.A. youth group will be distributing school supplies to families in need in our community. Distribution will take place Sunday, August 8, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the church. Requirements are as follows: Children must be in grades K-12 and attend a White County School. Parent must have proof of residency within the school corporation. Children must be with the parent or legal guardian to receive school supplies. |
