This month's fellowship will be held at IU Health White Memorial Hospital.  We will be meeting in the Hibner Conference Room.  It is best to use the southern most set of front doors (the medical office entry).  Take the hallway to your right.  Room will be on your right.

The title of our program is "Stop Fraud and Crime Before They Strike."   This will cover the latest scams and frauds. Techniques used by fraudsters over the phone and through mail.  The importance of protecting your personal information, including your social security number.  How to check your credit report and how to report anyting fraudulent on your report and how to freeze your credit.

The speaker will be Indiana State Attorney, Michelle Mayer.  Michelle is the Director of Outreach Services for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General.  She is part of the Consumer Protection Division and works to bring the services of the office directly into communities and provides forums to educate Hoosiers on protecting themselves from becoming victims of scams, fraud and identify theft.  She and her staff have directly reached more than 46,000 Hoosiers since their program started in 2009, conducting programs in all 92 counties.

Michelle is very involved in the activities of her two children - one daughter, age 16, and one son, age 11.  Her hobbies include photography and gardening.

The program should be over at 1:00 p.m.  If you are employed, please feel free to join us for the luncheon and program.

The luncheon will be provided by the hospital.  Reservations are requested by noon on Monday, March 5, 2012.  These reservations can be made by signing up on Sunday or by calling the church office.  Reservations are necessary for food preparation.
